Preliminary results for the 2007-2008 college year are now available - 26 states and 38 food banks participated in food raising efforts for a total of 1,146,278 pounds of donated food to help feed the hungry. These initial results will be augmented by more reports from several other states and food banks within the next thirty days. The following are the results state by state:
